High-performance Reliable Submerged Scraper Conveyor

The GBL-12B × n series scraper slag conveyor is used for continuous removal of ash and slag from the bottom of coal-fired power generation units. The length n of the entire machine varies from 10 to 50 meters depending on the usage requirements. When n ≤ 14m, the slag scraper can be delivered as a complete machine.
The submerged scraper conveyor has the following structure features:
1. Adopting a concave tooth driven sprocket, it has the advantages of strong adaptability to the chain in severe wear or large pitch manufacturing deviation, no chain dropping, good guidance, long service life, and high reliability.
2. The upper and lower compartments are all laid with anti-crushing and anti-falling cast stone substrate: this substrate not only increases the life of the metal substrate by 4 to 5 times, but also has less friction resistance than the metal substrate, thereby reducing the wear of the scraper and chain.
3. The types of scraper include triangular scraper, rectangular scraper, and pentagonal scraper, which have high strength, do not deform, and do not bend. Connection between scraper and chain: Due to the use of bolt free hinge connection, it is extremely convenient to disassemble and adjust the spacing between scraper plates. There is no anti loosening and rust prevention disadvantage of bolt connection and harmful constraints of rigid connection, making the connection reliable.
4. The lateral moving wheel adopts rolling bearings and reliable lubrication and sealing that adapt to the gray water environment; Can move freely even after being idle for a long time.
5. The lower compartment of the submerged scraper slag conveyor is made into a closed type, and the scraper is run on the cast stone substrate during the return journey, which can concentrate the small amount of the return slag that has not been cleared by the slag screen in the tail. The hydraulic automatic tension device perpendicular to the horizontal tank body, combined with the tail curved closed shell, can realize the automatic cleaning of the scraper with slag, thus completely solving the problem of the slag in the no-load section of the scraper.
6. The tail tensioning device adopts manual tensioning with screw nuts, with a tensioning stroke of 200mm. The two sides of the tensioning wheel at the tail of the slag scraper are fixed on the slider, and the trapezoidal threaded rods on both sides act on the slider to drive the tensioning wheel to tighten synchronously. The left and right tensioning wheels can be tightened separately, and the difference in tensioning height cannot exceed 80mm.
7. The motor and reducer are connected by a safety belt pulley. When the load of the slag scraper exceeds the safe load, the safety belt pulley will rotate synchronously with the wheel and shaft, and the proximity switch will alarm and shut down.
